We are a Newcastle-based charity that provides specialist care, support and advice to people with dementia and other neurological disorders, such as acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
We also provide care for people with physical disabilities and complex health needs. We support people at any age and from any community.

The Dementia Advice Centre is a brand-new service for people living on Tyneside looking for effective, coordinated support or information about living with dementia.
At Dementia Matters’ we offer an all-inclusive Home Support service providing anything from a 1 hour call up to bespoke 24 hour packages of care designed around you in your home.
Providing much needed daily respite for dedicated carers throughout the north east and a stimulating environment with a touch of fun and sense of purpose for those who attend.
