Bev Reid

Bev Reid, Interim CEO

Bev has had a successful and long carer in the health and care sector. Previously a Trustee, she joined the team at Dementia Matters as Interim CEO in December 2020. 

"I am delighted to be able to join the team at Dementia Matters as Interim CEO. There is much to be proud of and much to be done and I hope to make a real difference and impact during my time here."

Dawn Wallace

Dawn is our Senior Service Lead for Operations and Home Support.

Dawn joined the organisation as a Care & Support Worker, working nightshift in our Respite unit. She has progressed to her current role as Senior Service Lead.

"I have worked in Operations at Dementia Matters since 2016. Prior to that, I was a Support Worker working night shift in our respite facility then day shift in our ISL houses. I enjoy working as part of a team and the challenges it brings.


It is very rewarding providing high quality care to people we support in the various services we provide."

Sarah began her career with Dementia Matters as a Care & Support Worker in 2011. She has since held a number of positions with the charity. Providing quality care and support for those living with dementia is her passion.

Jodie Brown

Jodie is our Quality Assistant

Jodie first joined Dementia Matters as an Administration Apprentice in 2018. Having impressed with her organisational skills and eye for detail, she became Quality Assistant in 2020. Jodie is also first point of contact through our Dementia Advice Centre, and carries out welfare calls for other services.
