Our first #RememberMe campaign was launched in December 2020, with a view to raising awareness for those living dementia who would be spending the holidays alone.

Following on from the success of the campaign, we wanted to build on it and continue to draw attention to those affected by dementia.

Our focus for May 2021, launching during Dementia Action Week, is to bring attention to the person living with dementia, the person who doesn't disappear when the diagnosis is made. We want to ask them, and you, what it is you'd like to be remembered for.

We hope you join us as we continue to try to be a voice for those living with dementia and their families.
