Day Services

We currently operate two day services. Our Newcastle Day Service is based in our Head Office in The Bradbury Centre, Brunswick Village, and our Cramlington Day Support Centre is based in the Nelson Industrial Estate. 

The Day Services include:

  • Dedicated Sensory Rooms 
  • Dedicated arts & crafts areas
  • Quiet spaces
  • Exercise areas

We have a variety of activities that take place throughout the week such as:

  • Gentle chair exercises 
  • Singing
  • Reminiscing DVD's  
  • Dominoes 
  • Scrabble 
  • Cards 
  • Jigsaws 
  • Reminiscence 
  • Church Service 
  • Musical/normal bingo
  • Knitting 
  • Art and Crafts 
  • Gardening 
  • Quizzes 
  • CST Sessions 
  • Baking

 

Providing much needed daily respite for dedicated carers throughout the north east, the Day Support Services also provide a stimulating environment with a touch of fun and sense of purpose for those who attend.

We have highly trained staff who provide company and compassion to all our guests, engaging them throughout and ensuring the day is focused around their individual needs and activities of their choice. Delicious meals and unlimited tea, coffee, drinks and biscuits helps aid with nutrition and hydration needs.
