As part of our #BeSomeone recruitment campaign, we're happy to announce the next 2020 recruitment events!

Recruitment days are an ideal opportunity for candidates to bypass the regular shortlisting period and attend an interview at a time that's most convenient for them. Appointments aren't necessary; these events are held on a drop-in basis.

Times and dates of our upcoming recruitment events are:

  • Thursday 6th March, between 5.00pm and 8.00pm
  • Saturday 28th March, between 11.00am and 2.00pm

Experience isn't essential, as full training and shadowing will be provided. However, as these roles are predominantly based out in the community, you should be a car driver with a vehicle available for work purposes.

We're often asked what happens at a recruitment event. We open our doors at the times specified in our posts, and interested candidates can drop in at a time that best suits them for an interview lasting 20-30 minutes.

Interviews are held with two members of the team and combine value based questions with competency based questions - we've been told in the past we're not scary, so we'd reassure anyone who's nervous about interviews not to worry.
